Hi,

It is common for some pregnant ladies to start having problems with high blood sugar or/and gestational diabetes.

What I have noticed from your lab results, your post-prandial glucose levels is averagely high. Such oscillations of blood sugar should be seriously observed and treated accordingly as it might have bad effects on your baby or you.

So, I'd advise to make some changes in your diet:
- eat often, small portions
- avoid foods or/and drinks that can raise your blood sugar quickly
- be physically active as per your OG'd directions.

At the end, I suggest to consult with your OG and endocrinologist to further re-evaluate your situation in order to decide when it could be the right time to start insulin too.

All the best to you and your baby!
