Should I Be Worried Of Having Heart Murmur In Routine Check Up?

I am 29 and pretty healthy. I went to the Doctor yesterday for a routine checkup and was told I had a heart murmur. I have never been told that before. I havent had any recent illnesses or fevers that might have caused it. I work out regularly and my heart rate gets really high during intense workouts. Should I be concerned? Should I get an EKG or anything to check if its an abnormal murmur?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, and you are very right, if there is murmur of any kind and that need to be rule out and for that the best is ECHO test this will clear the picture, but in short this may not be neglected or take it as granted, have nice day.
