Should I Be Worried For Experiencing A Lot Of De Ja Vue, Poor Memory, Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

hi, i m very worried as recently i ve been able to smell strange smells such as burning rubber and cigarette smoke which nobody else can smell along with a strange, bitter matallic taste in my mouth. I ve also been experiencing a lot of de ja vue, poor memory and lightheaded and dizzyness. Should i be worried?

1. The senses of taste and smell are very closely related, thus both taste and smell disorders will be diagnosed by an otolaryngologist [ENT] if there is/are any.

PS. Loss of taste and smell can also be a sign of certain degenerative diseases of the nervous system,If you are experiencing the same,talk with your physician.

2. déjà vu has been associated with temporal-lobe disease, and new studies have suggest a link between anxiety and deja vu episodes, so best management would be stress and anxiety reduction.

3. poor memory, dizziness,light headedness is associated with anemia, blood pressure, fluctuating sugar levels,vestibular disorder,or with vitamin deficiency, check in order of frequency after consulting possibilities with your Doctor.
