Should I Be Worried As My Wife Is Having A Small Lump In The Crease Of Her Elbow?

My wife has a small lump in the crease of her elbow that looks like a bug bite on the surface but feels like a ball when you touch it. She says it causes her some pain when she bends her arm or when she touches the area directly. Is this anything we should worry about? Or will it go away with time?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This will not go away with time.
Any lump , which is on a join and causes pain or discomfort should be excised/ removed as a rule.
This may be a sebaceous cyst.
