Should I Be Worried As My Son Is Having Nose Bleeds After Hitting?

My 2 year old son hit his head/forehead on the kitchen counter(not the corner, he jumped up and hit the rounded lip in the center). He had a nose bleed immediately but he was back to his normal self after I cleaned him up and he was running around last night. What do you think?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the bleeding from the nose could be because of the bruise or lacerated skin or because of a fractured bone.. consult a oral physician to rule out any fracture of the nasal bone.. i ope my answer will help you, take care.
