Should I Be Worried About The Soreness In Hips?

When I walk or stand in a certain way my hips will grind. I am only 22 years old and I'm not sure if I should be worried about this. Just recently my hips have been feelin slightly sore from it and I dot know if that is because of the cold weather or not. I know I do not have the proper diet/drink enough water.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern especially while you are so young. Since you are very young for such symptoms, my advice is to visit your GP to make a better examination. After that he will see if this condition is a result of bone damage or is something else aside. You will might have to visit a rheumatologist. It might be also connected with bad nutrition. Until than try to avoid great effort with your legs.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
