Should I Be Worried About The Nose Bleed After Hitting My Head?

I fell yesterday and banged the back of my head hard against the edge of a table, I know have a large tender lump, I don't feel sick or drowsy and slept O.K. although a little uncomfortable last night, howver this morning a blow my noise and had a small nose bleed with little clost it only lasted a couple of minutes and apart from a sore back of the head I feel alright - should I be worried about the nose bleed

Ya After head injury you are having nose bleed. it seems that there some fracture or injury inside your nose. You should see your doctor definitely once.
