Hello

Findings suggests increased ALT level and mildly increased cholesterol level.
Increased ALT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
In your mother's case, increased ALT may be related to mildly increased cholesterol level and obesity.

She may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

She should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in diet.
She should try to reduce her weight.

She should continue other medicines.

Get well soon.
Take Care
