Should I Be Concerned About The Delayed Periods?

Hi, I am a 31 year old woman and my periods have always been consistent (30-32 day cycle) but the past few months have been farther apart. Last month was 42 days and this month I am already at day 40 and am having no PMS symptoms that make me think I will start soon. I use ParaGard as my form of birth control and there have been no major changes to my diet, routine, or stress level. Is this something to be concerned about?
