Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Please send me reports of your complete blood count and peripheral smear examination. Your total count is not worrisome. Your have high lymphocytes percentage. It can leads to cancer. For definite diagnosis you should go for flow cytometry. It will give you exact diagnosis whether you have leukemia or not. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
