Should I Be Concerned About A Small Bump On Butt Cheek With No Pain?
Back in the late summer my female box had a small bump to come up on her right side of her butt cheek we thought maybe she got spider bit it started out as a soft knot and then got alittle bigger and hard she don't seem like it hurts her but I have concerns?

She might have developed abscess.
Abscess are deep bacterial infections.
In simple terms bacteria infect our body and destroys tissue.
This destroyed tissue forms pus and a collection of pus anywhere in body is called as abscess.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Abscess must be drained and pus should be subjected to tests to find out which bacteria is causing it and to which antibiotic the bacteria is sensitive.
