Should Further Lucentis Injections Be Taken For DME?

Hello Doctor My father is 56 years old he has diabetes since 7-8 years recently he suffered from Diabetic Macular Edema (DME) so while consulting doctor he advised Lucentis injections for both eyes we have taken total 6 injections for both eyes it is nearly 3 months before now he is okay but should he again take any further lucentis injections ? Does it has any chances to come again ? His Blood pressure & Diabetes are under control only.

dear sir I understand your concern, usually three month course will be sufficient but I advice you to repeat OCT test and doc will take decide based on it
