Should Dosage Of Thyronorm Be Reduced Post Reduction In TSH Levels?

I am 29 years women. I started thyronorm 100mcg pills 3 months back when my TSH level was reported to be 28. My recent TSH level based on the test done yesterday came out to be 11. Could you suggest me the dosage? Should I reduce it or continue the same

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the report you have posted, your TSH levels has reduced well in response to the treatment with Thyronorm.
However, it should further decrease and maintain within normal range for some more time, following which the dose can be reduced and the response needs to be monitored again by estimating TSH levels.
Accordingly, the maintainence dose can be fixed over a period of time depending on your body's response so as to keep the hormones within normal limits.
Until then, kindly take the medication as advised and do the follow-up as scheduled.
