Should Child Be Taken To The Doctor For Fever, Sweating, Poor Appetite, And Cough?

My 7 year old son has had a temp of 96 for 2 days. He says that he's hot and has been really sweaty. His appetite has been poor as well. He's also been coughing so I just assume he's getting a cold, but he's never had this before. Should I take him to the doctor? Should I be concerned?

hello dear
thanks for your query at hcm.

These are not very concerning symptoms. 96 F is not fever. more than 100 F should be considered as fever. He may need doctor consultation for cough and sweating.
Regards.
