Should Abortion Be Done After Having Endometrial Ablation?

hi I have a patient who had an thermochoice endometrial ablation and now is pregnant. She is 6 weeks with singleton possible twins. She never had periods after the endometrial ablation. What is the best recommendation for the pregnancy and should she have an abortion ASAP.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Endometrial ablation leads to poor quality of endometrial lining and that leads to infertility and problem in conceiving.
Once a patient has conceived, there is no indication for abortion or termination of pregnancy, if the patient is willing for the continuation of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
