Should Zyrtec Be Continued For Sinus Drainage, Headache And Dizziness?

Hi my name is Lynn. I have been suffering with slight sinus drainage, headache, dizziness is only slightly. Should I continue taking zyrtec or switch to something else. I have been taking it for 3 days. Blood pressure is fine. Just my head feels full.

Yes you can continue zyrtec . but headache and dizziness seems to be concerning symptoms. My recommendation would be get physically examined by physician for the cause of dizziness.
