Should Zyprexa 10 Mg Be Given After Drug Abuse?
have a friend who has taken rather large amounts of cannabis and amphetamines in the last 96 hours hours. During that time he has had very little fluids and food and around 9 hours sleep. he is bi polar and has possible schizophrenic condition. he has been displaying some paranoid and erratic behaviour, he has been prescribed 10mg zyprexa which calm him down and sendhim to sleep but i am unsure on whether or not to give it to him due to the drugs still in his system at the moment.

There is no harm in giving him Zyprexa 10 mg. It will actually help counter the effects of cannabis and amphetamines and control the erratic behavior. It is not a sleeping pill but a medicine for both bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Please go ahead with the treatment.
