Should Salipaz Or Cipralex Be Taken For Depression?

what is the deference between salipaz and cipralex? i am 49 years old female lost my period 2 years ago and now i am always depressed and not interested on anything feeling not happy and in a blue mood

would you please help me which one of the above mendicines is better for me

Salipax consists of fluoxetine and cipralex consists of escitalopram. Both are antidepressant and from same group. Out of them, escitalopram is slightly better due to its earlier onset of action and lesser side effects as compared to fluoxetine. I would suggest cipralex for you, rest you can discuss with your psychiatrist.
