Should Mifepristone Or Misoprostol Be Taken Again To Induce Bleeding?

Hi,
I need to know about the abortion Pill. My wife has taken the pill Mifepristone after 24 hrs she has taken misoprostol however after 24 hrs also bleeding hasnot started so she has taken another dose of misoprostol and the case is same its now more than 12hrs. Should she take another dose or not?

Understand your concern

If induction of abortion does not take place, you should take extra misoprostol dose. But remember, it should be taken under observation of gynecologist.
You does not decide the how much dose is required.

Ideally, 800 ug vaginally should be used. IF no bleeding you can use extra two doses of 800 ug at 6-8 hour interval under observation.
So consult the gynecologist and get proper dose to induce abortion.

Post abortion USG after 14 days should be done to confirm incomplete abortion.
