Should I Worry Fro Alkaline Phosphatase Level Being 344?

Should I worry about my 4 month old having Alkaline Phosphatase level being 344 u/l, ALT being 112 u/l, AST being 131 u/l, creatinine being .1 mg/dl, BUN/creatinine ratio being 70.0, and Total Protein at 5.9 g/dl.? Baby is having plenty of wet diapers (he is exclusively breastfed). Thanks
