Hi,

I can understand your concern for the pimples a in yourself. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say. At the age of 21 years it si quite usual to get pimples.

Your doctor has correctly prescribed you the treatment which may take 4-8 weeks to get better or before changing the treatment.

You can apply a cream contains Clindamycin gel 1% and adapalene for topical application form. For clindamycin there is no harm in using it but adapalene can cause irritation if not used under dermatological supervision. It contains topical antibiotic gel and oral antibiotic and do not cause any side effects.

Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time.

Take care
