Should I Undergo Angiography For Chest Pain After Angioplasty?

Hi Dr. Samuel my father went through a angioplasty in the year 1995... Then when they again did a angiography in 1996 they gave in the report about i 100 percent block. he is doing good after that but sometimes he has a small chest pains so do i need to do another angiography...

I had gone through the case and found that your report is not clearly mentioned.Well whatever you have asked then i will advise you that first you go for tread mill test, if it has any new changes shown then go for angiography.Consult to your cardiologist for investigation and adjust your medicine. Life longevity of stent depend upon your better lifestyle.It might be older so it need to change.Do not worry, do what i suggest you.Hope my answer will be effective for you.
