Should I Take Antibiotics For Step Throat That Resulted In A Slight Allergic Reaction?

I was put on antibiotics yesterday to treat what the nurse practitioner thinks is strep throat. I just recently threw up and broke out in a rash on my chest, part of my back, one of my arms and also my legs. I was thinking that it may be an allergic reaction but the rash went away within about 20 minutes. Should I continue to take the antibiotic?

Hello
