Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM...
I thank you for posting your query here and I'm definitely going to help you out..

I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases day in and day out...
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

I am going to analyze all your concerns..

1. 36 year with normal BMI..
On thyronorm 100 mcg.
Yes this is the adequate dosage that was given to you..

2. TSH, 15 to 0.8 and now no more symptoms of palpitations..
That's good, you have responded very well to thyroxine.
Congratulate you on this..

3. Well, you are looking for dosage adjustments if any?
I would like to tell you that your TSH is Absolutely Normal. And it is Normal because of the 100 mcg thyronorm that you are taking.

So there is no question of changing the dose..
Please continue this same dose. 100 mcg.
Remember, TSH should be below 5 iu..

You can check your TSH again after say, 3 months. She 6 months and later at 1 year..
And they should be in normal range..

Hope this helps you. In case you need any further assistance, please let me know.
I am there for you to solve your concerns..
Take care and God bless..
