Should I Skip Swimming When Having Pain In Arms?

I have rather severe pain and swelling in my shoulder from a DTP booster that I had 6 days ago, but I think the pain IS subsiding.
I am an adult female. My question is, should I exercise normally (swim through the pain) or skip swimming until my arm stops hurting.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question.

I would like to tell you that you can exercise normally after 3 or 4 days of DPT booster, if its not paining that much. Usually pain will subside after 3 to 4 days of injection. You can apply ice packs over the paining area or can take pain killer, if its severe pain.

So don't bother too much and do your exercise. Initially you can do light exercise and slowly after a week or so you can do full quota of your exercise.

Hope this answers your question and feel free to ask any of your queries.
