Should I Opt For Open Heart Surgery For My Father?

hi my father has heart disease. after angiography test it is found that two veins were blocked by 100% and one vein by 80%. is it possible of ones heart is block by 100%. some doctors said to open heart surgery as soon as possible. but one doctor said it is necessary to test the vain whether it is alive or not. if the veins were died then open heart surgery will not be fruitfull. what should i do.
