Should I Get Another Cerebral Angiogram Since My Pupil Is Dilating Again.

Aneurysm on posterior cerebral artery two years ago - original symptoms were out/down eye and pupil dilation. Eye now is centered but won't go up and pupil that was slowly reducing in size has now dilated again. Had cerebral angiogram in April that was good. Should I get another one since my pupil is dilating again?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having limited eye movements and dilated pupil.
Three symptoms indicate third cranial nerve paresis because of intra cranial space occupying lesion like aneurysm.
Hence you need to undergo investigations like cerebral angiogram, CT scan or MRI and consultation with neurologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
