Should I Continue Advent Suspension For My Baby After One Dose Gave Itchless Spots?
my 15 mnth old son had a throat infection for which he was given advent suspension (cipla) . His fever has come down and he seems to be normal. However we are observing small spots on both his arms and hands. He doesnt seem to have any itching. Is it okay to continue the medicine. Two doses have been administered now.

As you describe, it appears to be a viral infection, the rash may be common with the infection.
If the throat infection and the irritation are continuing it suggests the bacterial super infection.
In that case i advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
