Should I Consult An ENT For The Strained Voice?

I am a teacher, our room has been contaminated after summer now for two years straight with black mold. The custodians were sent to "fix it". Then, in October, I got my flu shot. I always tend to get sick about three days after, my school nurse said it lowers my immune system, and I work with about 250 kids every two days. I lost my voice on a Thursday, stayed home, went to the doctor, etc. On Friday, the teacher I co-teach with stayed home and I had to go it alone, and strain my voice. My doctor has tried predisone, then Cipro, and I still don't have a voice. I also have pretty bad allergies, and talk a decent amount during the day... I originally got better on the Cipro, should I call my doctor for more, or just head straight to an ENT? Help!
