Hi,

If you have not stopped bleeding after giving births 3 months ago, it is a must to consult your doctor as soon as possible.

Persistent vaginal bleeding is a complication of giving birth. You might need to get vitamin K injections together with further exams for blood clotting.

Feeling dizziness and headaches are related to anemia you might be suffering because of continuous bleeding.

You might also have ferrous, folic acid and vitamin C supplement for losing blood.

All the best!
