Should I Be Worried If I Have Soreness And A Lump In Temple Area Up To Ear?

I have a lump on the left side of my face in front of my ear it is sore and only hurts if i push on it. I also have soreness from my left temple area down the front of my ear pass the lump and ends at the bottom of my ear. What is this should i be worried?

Hello!
there can be 2 reasons for the lump
First one is that it may be a parotid swelling ( salivary gland)
Second one is that it may be a lymph node enlargement
both of these conditions will subside with antibiotics and you dont have to worry!
please meet your ent doctor for further advice!
