Should I Be Worried For Low BP With Arrhythmia?

my blood pressure seems to drop after exercise its normally 130/80 now it is 114/76 with heart beat 74 after 45m on the treadmill brisk walking, I am suffering from arrythmia (after a failed mitral valve repair and then had a mitral valve replacement) not not sure if that has anything to do with 51yo male 5ft 11 and 245lbs on 11mg warfarin and 200mg amioderone a day

hi
with already problems with your valve & replacement surgery & arrythmias, it is better not to do heavy exercise, especially threadmill brisk walking.
untill your INR levels are maintained between 2.5 to 3.0 you dont have to worry
.amiodarone is to control the heart rate,& ARRYTHMIAS.
as your effort tolerance is reduced , please donot exert more.
take care
