Should I Be Worried For Giving Child 10 Ml Of Azithral Liquid Instead Of 4 Ml?

hello doctor Good Morning, today morning, empty stomach my 3 yr old son was drunk unfortunately 10 ml azithral liquid 200 , instead of 4 ml , its totally 3 days dose, what will happen if overdose. iam totally worried about it ..please help and give any succession.

Definitely it is a overdose for ur child, but nothing to worry about it. Adverse events experienced in higher than recommended doses were similar to those seen at normal doses. In the event of overdosage, general symptomatic and supportive measures are indicated as required. Just wait and watch. Nothing to be panic. If ur son get any nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or any other symptoms, then take him to pediatrician as early as possible. For right now, just stay calm.
