Should I Be Worried As My Daughter Had Some Pull-ups That Smell Like Fingernail Polish Remover?

Should I be worried if my 2.5 year old girl has had some pull-ups recently that smell like fingernail polish remover? It isn't every one, just 1 or 2 in the last couple of days. I already took her to the Pediatrician, but after a urine sample and glucose test, he said he couldn't find anything.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. Thank you for your question. You've already done the most important thing, Consulting with your pediatrician. In the absence of any abnormalities discovered by your pediatrician, I wouldn't be concerned. As long as your daughter is behaving like her typical self, you can relax.
