Should I Be Worried About Being Addicted To Working Out?

Hi, my name is Anthony and I'm on day 3 of 14 of my Ephedrine/Caffeine stack (200mg Caffeine/26mg Ephedrine HCL). I'm 19 years old with a high metabolism and I'm approximately 126lbs/5'5". I work out 3-4x a week and have done this before. But I feel a bit worried that this could be bad for my mind or heart in some way. I'm jittery and a bit paranoid/worried. I have done extensive research on the EC stack and I do it correctly and only once in awhile. I drink plenty of water and when I do cardio, I make sure it's light(my heart rate should not exceed 160bpm). I don't know if there are any long term effects to this if I continue to do cycles every once in awhile (usually every few months when I have some extra money for an ephedrine cycle). What is your opinion on this to lose some body fat for a bit better shape? Should I not do another cycle later on? Should I be worried about being addicted to working out?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You shouldn't be worried about working out but certainly you need to stop consuming these EC stacks. It can be easily made out from your post how restless or anxious you have become. It could be due to the excess caffeine. You don't need supplements at this young age. It could cause great damage to your heart, brain and kidney. Exercise regularly, have a healthy diet and sleep well. These will show long lasting results. Practice meditation everyday to calm your mind. You will be fine.
