Should I Be Concerned If My Son Has Watery Stools?

Hi...my baby is 11 months old...he has been discharge frm the hospital on 16/2/2014 he is there due to high fever and due to his spo2 drop...so they use iv drip on him n also inserted antibiotic through his plug...but he has vomitting n diarrohea that few days after discharge...his vomiting stop yesterday 20/2/2014 n so the diarrohea..but he has a very watery stools...and he will pass motion also during feeding time like seconds after the food im the mouth,the output can covers up the whole pampers and even leak on the bed...what should i do...but he did not show any symptom or sign of dehydration...and his active...
what should i do ??refer him back

As the kid is not dehydrated. Continue hydration and give the baby electrolyte solutions to drink. Some BRAT diet Banana, applesauce, Rice and Toast. Give the baby some probiotics and monitor hydration. If the single sign of dehydration shows up, hush up to the emergency department.
