Should I Be Concerned For Slow Heart Rate?

Curious about my unusually very slow heart rate tonight. It dropped to 32 while at rest, then back to normal when I walked around. Normally my heart rate is about 48-52. I'm 75, physically active. Work out at a gym 3-4 x week, stationary bike ride on the off days. Take medication for a number of age related problems, one of which is A-fib.Anything to be concerned about?Robert Rossman

You need to get a 24 hr holter monitoring done to resolve this issue.
