Should I Be Concerned For Developing Few Blackheads On Nose And Slight Underarm Odor In A Child?

My 5 year old daughter has recently developed a few blackheads on her nose and a slight underarm odor (you have to put your nose in her armpit to smell it). I'm wondering if I should be concerned and if she needs to be taken to see a doctor (she was seen for her yearly checkup about a month ago and already had the blackheads but he wasn't concerned because there were no other issues at that point). Thank you for your help.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The smell in blackhead is due to oxidised sebum present in the pores.
There is no cause for concern if there is no pus.
Using soap free face wash will be beneficial.
Avoid oil/moisturizing cream local application.

Do get back to me if you have any other concern.

Take Care
Best Regards
