Should I A Specialist In Addition To Taking Supplements For Low Testosterone, Vitamin D And Magnesium Deficiency?

my bones and joints and muscles are affecting my every day life. i am only nineteen years old. i went to the doctors and did a blood test, i had low testosterone 150, vitamin d defficiency, magnesium deficiency, high insulin. The doctor also said i had neuropathy. i cant get a job or anything, i want to live my life to the fullest and i cant. i am also not a wimp by any means, but my body makes me feel like i am. here is the pain i am experiencing; my middle of my back hurts( right in the middle between my shoulder blades, a dull achey feeling. my ankles pop all the time as the rest of my joints in my body do, i do feel very stiff in the morning, but my feet and ankles and knees i feel are the worst, my ankles feel like they are loose when i walk, my feet burn all the time and increase with wearing shoes or a covering for my feet. i am too darn young for this crap. does anyone have any ideas what i should do next, i have already started taking what the doctor ordered, taking testosterone, taking vitamin d sup. should i have an mri, go to a neuro? please please please help me, thank you guys.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
In addition to taking supplements for low testosterone, Vitamin D and magnesium deficiency,I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the X-ray/MRI of the area affected under his/her guidance.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
