Should Augmentin Duo Be Continued In Pregnancy?

I m 20 weeks pregnant and my doctor suspects a kidney infection or possible kidney stones. She prescribed me Augmentin Duo which I have been taking for 2 days now with food. My morning one makes me nauseous but the night one doesn t. This morning I threw up the morning one with my breakfast 1.5 hours after taking it. Will it still work and should I continue taking it?
