Hi Nabil,
You need to see your physician and we need to perform some clinical examination and if required a few investigations to assess your respiratory system and heart. At times the symptoms of both these systems are alike so you need to get yourself examined by a skilled clinician to ascertain the cause and start the right treatment.

Feel free to ask any other queries you have

Wish you a speedy recovery to health
