Hi...I get out of breath when carrying heavy things, sometimes I feel as though I am gasping for air...and my heart rate excels. I know that my cardio is out of shape and I have been working on it. I can walk for over an hour without feeling like this, but heavy things and the stairs sometimes get me off guard. I am only 40 and have no history of heart problems, but I was worried if this could be something worse
