Shortness Of Breath, Sharp Pain In Back, Have Pneumonia, Marfans. Air Shuts Down When Trying To Stand. What To Do ?

I have shortness of breath, sharp pain, like when attempting to blow nose, cough, blow out, ./. Pain in back, across, like a band around to the front, I have seen my guy and they did an x-ray. Said I have pneumonia. Bad, both sides. If I try to get up, or sit quickly I get sharp pain, lose breath, and it is like the breathing just stops. It takes a moment to control my breathing and get started again. Taking anti biotics. Then he had done and EKG, then he ordered blood work for heart. He calls later and says I need a follow up blood work. I think my biggest concern is I have Marfans. And it's a stinking week end. Right now at rest my pain is 3 to 6 under my left shoulder blade. If I try to stand up straight my air shuts right down. This all seems to be my lungs. But how do I know.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, It is a lung infection, may be pneumonia, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma,or eosinophelia. I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking fruits , juices, ice cream, and cool water,to avoid allergy which is causing cough till you are relieved of the cough. Thank you.
