Shortness Of Breath, Lots Of Sleep, Stomach Pain. Taking Medication, Side Effects?
is it safe to take tramadol 50mg ,co codamol 30/500mg ,bendroflumethiazide 2.5mg , levothyroxine 100mg , atenolol 100mg and naproxen 500mg together as my mother takes these medications every day and is lifeless short of breath and extremley irratable and sleeps alot of the time when not moving around she also has extreme stomach pains.

The symptoms your mom has been experiencing could be due to adverse affects of
the medication.
(1) Tramadol ..can cause drowsiness,irritability mainly in the elderly
(2)Co codamol (codeine phosphate and paracetamol) ..can cause
drowsiness,shortness of breath and stomach pain in the form of cramps
(3)Atenolol ..can cause decreased heart rate ,orthostatic hypotension i.e
decreased blood pressure in standing position
(4)Bendroflumethiazide....can cause hypokalaemia which can cause generalised
weakness,hyponatremia which can cause increased sleep
(5)Naproxen ...which is a NSAID can cause gastritis ,which in turn can cause
abdominal pain
kindly check ur mom's pulse rate and blood pressure in sleeping and erect
position .consult a general physician to decrease the medication
