Shortness Of Breath, Coughing, Night Sweats, Loss Of Appetite. What Could Be This?

Hi doctor, I've been sick for going on 2 weeks now. My mom and brother think I have a common cold, But I have shortage of breath and I gag and cough when I force to inhale deep, I've been getting night sweats, I was coughing up phlemg, loss of appetite and I'm winded easily due to my my shortage of breath. Think you can give me an idea on what I might have?

Hi,
From your history, you require evaluation of your case.
Go for X-ray chest,
Go for complete blood check with ESR,
urine routine and microscopic.
There are few diseases in which this type of problems are common.
Consult pulmonologist and get examined and investigated.
Rule out Tuberculosis,COPD and chronic bronchitis.
Ok and take care.
