Shortness of breath, chest, back and shoulder pain, rapid heartbeat, nausea. Causes for symptoms?

FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS IVE BEEN HAVING SHORTNESS OF BREATH CHEST PAINS SEVERE UPPER BACK ANS SHOULDER PAIN THAT COMES AND GOES. IT HAD GONE AWAY BUT HAS COME BACK IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS MY HEART WILL BEAT RAPIDLY AT TIMES WHEN IM DOING NOTHING IF I LAY DOWN IT SEEMS TO GET WORSE I FEEL NAUSEA ALOT ADN MORE SHARP FLUTTERING PAINS THAT COME AND GO
