We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry. Height increases with growth or lengthening of bones. heredity also counts. It has very little to do with muscles.

Height increases upto the age of around 23 and growth spurt might happen around 17 to 22. You did not mention your age. There are no miracle ways to increase height. So I suggest you to exercise and satisfy with what you are.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
good luck.
