Short Breath With Blocked Nose

In every spring/summer i feel i am short breath as if my nose is blocked. I have a dry nose . I feel suffocated at times when i think about it. I am a little closterophobic

Short breath,blocked dry nose in particular season is suggestive of seasonal allergic episodes.Take some anti allergic drug.Vaccines are also available,you have to complete the vaccine before this season it helps you to reduce this symptoms.
Consult ENT specialist for better line of treatment.
