Shooting Pain In Arm While Coughing, Sneezing. Radiating To Forearm. Solution?

ive been having thes sharp pain shooting inside my right arm when i cough , causing my bone to ach for about 5minutes. Ive noticed that its not only when i cough just when i push on my stomach, when i sneez is the worst. Ive also noticed that after a few days the pan in my arm will move from my wrist to my elbow then my forearm
