Shivering, Shaking In Voice When Getting Angry. Advice?

Hi _ When I get angry I start shivering and my voice also shakes . I understand that this might be because of increased adrenaline , high BP and contraction of blood vessels besides other causes .

I need your help in understanding if there is a way to control the shivering in that moment , I am not inclined to use medication at this moment . Just looking for some tips to control this symptom .

some say deep breathing might help ...But want to understand in detailed from experts ..Thanks for any help you can provide

Hi, it is called the Abscesive compulsive neurosis, you may also find such instances in some other times also. It needs to be treated with mild anxiolytics, so i advise you to consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.
As you said there is influence of hypertension etc also, for those things also should get treatment and keep them under controle. Thank you.
